Our servers have a reported uptime of 99.9%. In the event of unreachable service you will have little to worry about: bookings are stored in multiple locations. Also, you receive bookings automatically in your email box. All your data belongs to you: as part of our data liberation policy, your can download all your booking and client information into an editable Microsoft Excel file. Invoices can be exported to pdf files, which is strongly encouraged, and stored securely at your location.
